This is our favorite restaurante in the Ottawa region. With amazing service, an ever changing tasting menu and always excellent dishes, you can never go wrong with NeXT. We held our wedding here for this exact reason and come back whenever we can. It is quite a drive but really worth it. Arrive hungry and be prepared to shell out around 180$ for the tasting menu for 2 (but its soooo worth it) or come for the brunch which is really well priced for the amazing quality and quantity of food you will get. Blackie is always amazing. Note worth dishes: the fried cale, watermelon and feta appetizer is THE best (had it for the wedding, still have comments on it 2 years later), the wild mushroom toast, the ginger crme brle and the braised lamb are absolute standouts.
