Love the modern decor and comfortable feeling upon entry. Have been going to this location since their grand opening and although our initial impression was of slow and disorderly service at that time, it has improved immensely. The accuracy of order, attentiveness and food quality has definitely kept us coming back. We understand that grand opening is always a time where staff are still getting accustomed and always give places a second chance and they’ve definitely proven us right. We’re happy as returning patrons and on my most recent visit over the weekend, the service was fantastic and staff were attentive to our needs without being overbearing. Quite honestly, ‘service’ is something I’ve come NOT to expect from Asian eateries and this establishment has definitely set a high bar. My family and I look forward to our next visit and this has definitely been a restaurant I’ve recommended to others. There are many Vietnamese restaurants in the surrounding area and I’m sure I’ll be taking my business here on a regular basis. While admittedly the prices are higher than typical Vietnamese eateries in the area, you DO get what you pay for and their portions sizes are extremely generous. Looking forward to our next visit!
I just finished eating. This was the first time I have tried Pho Binh Minh. I was not disappointed! It was delicious. My fiance and I ordered a dinner special for two and chose the chicken cashew with mixed veg, the beef wok broccoli, an order of deep fried Vietnamese spring roll, 1 steamed rice and 1 vermicelli. The meal also came with 2 wonton soups. I am so full I can’t even eat the wonton soup. This meal could definitely feed 3. We did pick up so I do not know how good the dining experience here is, but the take out was fast, hot and delicious. The staff was very friendly. It cost about $40 for this meal special. Every bit of food was so so delicious I have no more words. Definitely recommend! I do have one problem; ALL the online menus do not have prices. I don’t know why this is. I ordered blindly because of great Google reviews, not knowing how much I was going to be spending. This is unacceptable and I almost didn’t order because of it.
