It’s like reeeally hit or miss at this place (whether the Centre mall or eastgate location). I’ve been to both locations about 3-4 times. Usually the service is ok lots of coffee refills and servers checking in often. Food is good sometimes and terrible other times. I find that the wait times for breakfast are too long. I’ve waited between 25-50 min for my food each time I’ve been here. I find the pricing is terrible for what you get. The interior of these restaurants are often dirty and dusty. I was sitting next to the window once and could see a month old layer of dust on the sill. Ew. Wouldn’t recommend.
Great staff, great food!. I went here the other day, about 7am and i was very impressed with everything! The girl who served us was very nice and happy, and she offered coffee many many times to me! I never went thirsy! I had the meat omelette, it was HUUUGE and it was DELISH!!! I will definitely be going back to try something else!!
Parties of 5 or more should move onto a different restaurant. First time visitors – Sunday Morning – 11:15am. Parking lot and restaurant busy – good sign that this is a good place to eat.Table size is small with seating only for parties of 2 or 4. We sat at a 4 person table with an extra chair at the end, sitting in the aisle. Our family of 5 were an inconvenience to wait staff, which we could overhear since we were seated beside their prep area. We still chose to stay even though there wasn’t room for us – this was our first visit and we had been looking forward to going here for breakfast for the past month.Price – $70 for 5. 3 adults, 3 children ages 15, 12, 9.Hostess – very good, seemed apologetic that there wasn’t space in the restaurant to seat 5.Waitress – annoyed appearance but attitude lessened when we were super nice to her, but still not overly friendly, she came back to our table twice, but we had to ask for a second cup of coffee, she never offered.Food – no complaints about the eggs, sausages, pancakes, french toast, omelette. They were cooked well although a bit cold. There is a lot of food on the plates, 2 could share one omelette. Plate overflowing with undercooked potatoes. Overall reaction – cramped, uncomfortable, complaining staff, which all unfortunately put the quality of the food down the list. Return visit? – no thank you. We will try somewhere else where we feel we want to leave $70. Going out for breakfast is a treat for us, this experience was not a treat, just a little sad:(
Horrible and pricey. Just say no
Best breakfast ever!. Eggs Benny, divine! 5 stars!
