When I arrived looking for a steak & mushroom sandwich. A good one. I walked in. 2 younger people were inside. Both kinda hovering near the back door. Looking at me kinda odd. I think I interrupted a smoke break ? Anyways. I ordered a sandwich. It wasn’t cheap. With a drink I paid about $13. It was ready in no time. I was pleased. I took it home 2 minutes away & was looking forward to it. I opened up the wrapping & it just all apart in a mushy pile. Can’t eat. Can’t cut in half to share. I was upset. I looked at it & they put all the mushroom toppings on the bottom, making it soggy’.The bun was fresh & non toasted.i scooped it all up & took it back. I was upset1) with toppings the inside of the bun should be toasted (not to absorb). 2) toppings go on top !!I took it back & told them this. They had to clue. Told them that’s how they were taught !!? Taught ? In how to make a sandwich NOT resemble a sandwich ? I asked for my money back, with them not knowing what they were doing it I thought it was for the best. I waited while they tried to figure that out. Calling someone, etc. Finally they gave me cash back instead of debit.& off I went. Stevie wonder could make a better steak on a bun I’m sure. Won’t be back’
