Gets worse each time. I have ate here several times and I am more disappointed with service and food each time. Food is often undercooked or overcooked. Prices keep going up but portions are getting smaller. Service is extremely poor. Walking in the door and being ignored followed by slow service and once you think the worst is done you have to ask for your bill and yet again wait for 10mins to pay at the front. This once great family restaurant is now a seniors hang out with poor service and cranky waitresses.
The last time we ate there the prime rib was tough and the yorkshire pudding was hard as a rock. Finally the server came around and asked why we weren’t eating.We complained. She said that’s the way it’s supposed to be. We sent our meals back TWICE. Finally, we left mid-meal. I would only pay for the drinks and I baulked rather loudly when the waitress wanted me to pay for the entire meal. I wouldn’t. Not even a tip.Too bad–I’ve ordered their turkey dinner before–sometimes excellent with corn on the cob and grilled pineapple, sometimes with yukky ,watery cauliflower but the turkey and dressing was always good.Do your customers a favour–take the prime rib off the menu.Not coming back–ever–even if it’s free.
I have been there several times throughout the last year. Waitresses ignore me when I walk in, food is either over cooked or under cooked. Mostly frozen, pre-made. The only people who enjoy themselves are seniors who have no palate left to taste with. I could stand the mediocre food if the service didn’t lack as well or vise versa. As it stands, I won’t be giving them anymore chances.
