I had eaten at the downtown Blu Duby and enjoyed it and the north location was just as good if not better. The menu is the same and the food preparation was great and our server – Christine – was excellent. Strongly recommend.
I had a lovely meal. We were seated immediately without a reservation, even though they were quite busy. They have a good range of menu items from meat to meatless options. We enjoyed their menu and their wine list. Would have loved to see some more craft beers on the menu/taps, but all in all a great place. Would go back again!
We just recently had a large family gathering at this location. It was highly recommended by a work colleague of my friend. This establishment is bang on the money. With very little fuss they seated 27 of us with a (limited lead time) reservation. Had made up a special menu for the family ( a staggering amount of food allergies and intolerances) The menu was excellent and offered a wide variety of choices, as well as being very reasonably priced. The waitstaff was very accommodating and patient with a challenged family member. I would recommend this establishment for any occasion.
We have planned to visit their original place downtown but didn’t want to search for parking or pay the robber baron prices the lots charged. We were pleased with the opening of their new outlet in North London and decided to take advantage of their priced down londonlicious event menu and visit for lunch.Partner had the Pear and White Cheddar Salad to start, the Crispy Skinned Atlantic Salmon as an entree and Chocolate cake for dessert. The original popular londonlicious dessert item was their house cheesecake but they had run out the night before and had not made any today. The chocolate was an adequate substitute. Found all 3 courses amazing.I had the delicious Salmon and Vegetable Chowder followed by the steaming hot Malaysian Pad Thai and topped by the Ganache Chocolate Cake. All very good. Place was very clean and well appointed but it has only been open for a number of months. It filled up quick and if we had any concerns it appeared too short staffed to handle the crowd and service was pleasant yet very slow. Should address that issue as it could be a business killer. Had heard same from others who had already been there.Would not hesitate to return and try other unique menu offerings.Additional new infoThis place has evidently been closed for a month. Sad as food was good here. Logging a.review after a place closes hurts all potential frustrated diners.
