The burger wasn’t bad, but considering the prices, I want a bit more than ‘not bad’. I got the Say Cheese, and while it was certainly cheesy, the actual burger was fairly bland and flavourless. I had to put on a lot more ketchup than I usually would. The cashier was friendly enough, but the staff seemed very disorganized. The service was slow, there was a lot of confusion with various other guests’ orders, and my guest’s burger was wrong and had to be re-made.If you’re in the area and craving a burger, it’ll hit the spot. But it’s not something worth going out of your way for.
This burger, was without question the most satisfing purchase I have ever made. After walking in I was promptly greeted with phonominal service. As for the burger, it was the most mouth watering, burger I have ever laid my hands on.I witnessed the brilliant work of the chefs as they assembled this astonishing creation. I was shocked by their focus, attention to detail and overall functionallity of their proceidure. My experience at Burger Burger was unlike any restaurant I have ever encounterded. This comes as a result of great service, and a great meal (My apreciation was expressed with a substancial tip). I would rate this 6/5 if i could, I plan on going again soon, Highly recomend.
Was at burger burger last week for a quick bite….such amazing burgers and absolutely friendly staff …totally worth it …must try their double burgers
I walk in and the cashier lady was busy on her i phone, when she had time took m;y order – fries and single burger with all topping also the place was empty. Got the burger without all toppings and the fries were overccoked in what seemed and tasted to be old oil that needed changing. Tried to get some ketchup but dispenser was out and the lady on her iphone was too busy to help out- had to ask the cook for some ketchup. The burger was ok. Overall overcooked, undertasting and overpriced and not customer friendly not returning there again
Burger burger is exactly what it says it is. If you’re vegetarian, turn away! They have burgers like the Top Bun, The Richmond and Say Cheese! The Top Bun is a larger tasty version of McDonalds Big Mac. Their Fries aren’t too bad, but that is all they serve besides Milkshakes and other drinks. It’s in downtown London on Richmond Row. Staff could have been a little more upbeat, but they weren’t too bad. If you’re hungry and craving a burger. This might be the place for you.
Nothing special and overpriced. The staff needs to be educated on safe food handling. They have an open kitchen and the same employee handling the raw meat and grill is also tossing buns in the toaster and garnishing the burgers without washing their hands. Another was making milkshakes and then flipping bacon on the grill with his hands, again not washing in between tasks. There is not even a sink in view, considering the whole cooking area is open concept for all to see.
First time at Burger Burger. Ordered a lettuce wrapped burger and regular fries (note: there is nosmall fries$2.99). Burger patties were good and quite tasty. Lettuce wrap was insufficient and soggy by the time I bit into it (maybe they could use the centre of the lettuce which is a little firmer). Fries were notgood – very limp and soggy.Disappointing after spending $15+. I prefer the other burger locations in town for their lettuce wrapped burgers and cajun fries.
