Terrible Customer Service. Although we had a bad first experience with their food, we decided to try to order in for a second time. However, the receiver was incredibly rude. She quickly became impatient and began to shout after I had mistaken my phone number. She continued shouting the whole way through and told us the two dishes we had ordered could not be prepared and delivered. Bad food, Horrible Service. Wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone
Me and my guests ordered their Deluxe Dinner for 2, coming to a total of 37.80. When I received it, I was quite happy to see the large amount of food I had got for such a small price. But once I had served up the food for me and my guests, we were all quick to notice the rancid taste the Pad Tai and the Spicy Beef Noodle had. It was completely unedible, and quite a disappointment to have to serve this to a bunch of hungry guests. When I had called back to see if it was possible to trade in the two dishes for something else, not only did they get mad at me, but they had only offered to replace them with a side of chicken balls.Chicken Pad thai: 9.50Spicy Beef & veg. Lo Mein: 8.95Sweet and sour Chicken Balls: 7.95…Not much compensation, considering we had already received a side of chicken balls in the dinner.Me and my guests are not only dissatisfied, we are left hungry as well. Brings to mind, quality over quantity. I will never order here again.P.S.We never did received our compensation side of chicken balls either.
Waste of money. We were craving Chinese and our normal place was closed for holidays. Tried China Garden without researching first, and we’ll never make that mistake again. We ordered egg rolls, veggie fried rice, chicken lo mein, and kung po chicken. First, the decent aspects: the driver was good and showed up exactly when estimated, and the egg rolls were alright, if a little bland. The kung po had some chili flakes so at least there was some heat, which meant a little bit of flavour.The bad? Everything else. The veggie fried rice was just a bunch of wet soggy rice with blanched veggies. No flavour, none. The chicken lo mein was not actually lo mein at all – they used chow mein noodles instead, and there was no flavour anywhere (the chicken tasted like chicken, and nothing else, which I suppose could be a good thing…). I usually hate the plum and soy packets, but I had to use them just to taste something, anything. I don’t mind chow mein, but if I had wanted that, I would have ordered that. The kung po won by default, only because the heat from the chilis fooled your mouth into thinking there was flavour somewhere.This is the first time I’ve actually felt compelled to write such a negative review of something, I’m not even calling to complain because I don’t want any coupons or certificates of any kind, I wouldn’t use them at this place ever.

Worst Meal, Dont waste your money. Just attempted to eat the Dinner for 2B this evening and it was the worst experience i have ever had! The chicken fried rice tasted dirty and old, and the chicken tasted rotten it made my boyfriend literally gag! Bo bo tray was un recognizable the beef didnt taste anything like beef should. Only upside was the very fast delivery. All in all a huge waste of money!
Ordered shrimp pad thai and an eggroll last night. they couldn’t figure out their debit machine so i had to go get cash. got the meal, the eggroll was burnt to a crisp. don’t even know why they gave it to me! it was inedible. the pad thai was alright once i took the shrimp out which was soggy and tasted and smelled fishy. overall really bad food experience. won’t be going back.
