Terrible experience. Ordered for just eat and they cancelled my order without letting us know, because we used a just eat coupon (this was never mentioned anywhere that we couldn’t use this). It wasn’t until I called to add something to our order that they let us know it was cancelled. This was at least 15 mins after the order was placed and the credit card was charged. The woman was incredibly rude (after I waited on hold forever) and blamed it on us. I am incredibly disappointed at the horrible service we received, definitely never ordering from here again.
Disgusting – I used to work here and I know how the food is made, and let me tell you they have a dirty fridge unorganized meat everywhere, pre made frozen food.. I have never ordered from there but 1 time. I wanted to give it a go after my workout I was hungry I called them for delivery and bought a combo 1 and 3. The food came about an hour longer then expected which was 2 hours. After that night I got food poisoning wth!!. Worst expierence of my life honestly. 1/10 never again they should shut the place down its a dump

Terrible. Mushroom veg fried rice tasted like cigarettes!!! Like someone was chain smoking while they were cooking the food. Disgusting.They also didn’t send everything I ordered and I had to call them back to resend it. Seriously, the food is not that great…especial the smokey inedible fried rice…and service sub par….Never again
DINNER ON OUR ANNIVERSARY. I have been a loyal customer for many years, but I must say I was very disappointed in our dinner purchase yesterday. The chicken balls were very tough and the batter not fresh. It seemed like they had been frozen for a very long time.Again….very disappointed.
Great food..but don’t charge for chopsticks. Who charges for chopsticks?
Very disappointing service and the menu is completely false.. Order the entire meal to eat chow mien… vegetable chow mien.. Open up the items to find that it is a full order of bean sprouts with some sliced vegetables. NO NOODLES. Called the supervisor and they said that the vegetable chow mien is just vegetable… because I ordered online they were un able to explain to me that it did not include noodles… The heading on the menu explicitly says noodles right below it. Who orders bean sprouts.. is that a joke? Not to mention when the order arrived the driver asked me to repay for my order because they did not have my order slip which I had already paid online through just-eat.. I ended up talking to the driver for 15 minutes and eventually talking to the supervisor on the phone for another 5. 25 minutes later I open my order to be drastically let down. Complete rip off.
