Called them twice to place an order for pick up because we were running late and wanted the food to be ready when we got there. Once we arrived they said they had no recollection of the order and we had to replace our order. Throughout this time the staff was not attentive to what we were saying and we had to yell accross the table to get their attention. I’m middle eastern so I know the standard of a good shawarma plate and their food was not that good. It was mediocre at best. Wouldn’t reccomend. You can go to Barakats or Pitapita and get better quality food for equivalent or slightly higher price. Customer service and negligence definitely ruined the experience for us.

Only complaint on door it says 5.99 shwarma and pop… but go in to pay they say it’s only lunch special buuuut as I made the ladie aware it doesn’t say that on the sign therefore sign should be changed to say lunch only or honour the price. She said she couldn’t soooooo no tip for her lol
