My boyfriend and I went on January 10, 2016, around 1pm for lunch. We were greeted within 15 seconds of entering the restaurant and were initially impressed with the service. However, once we got seating, things went downhill quite quickly. It took the server a long time to get to our table to take our drink orders (2 waters, 1 beer). We received the two waters about 15 minutes later and were told the beer would be on its way, however it never arrived. 5 minutes later, we got one tiny loaf of bread. We waited another 15 minutes, the server had yet to return. He, (and many of the other staff members) appeared stressed and overworked, the fault of poor management that decided to give him more tables than he could handle. After waiting for well over 45 minutes, we decided to leave.Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. If I could rate this restaurant any lower than 1.0, I would. I have no plans on going back to a restaurant that can’t properly manage their employees and as a result, overwork them. I feel bad for the employees that work at this restaurant, many of the servers appeared stressed and overworked.
Usually not a fan but the blt pizza was not too bad (olive oil helped). Tired of the decor and really the menu is more of interest than the real thing. This chain is getting better with their foods. But still meh.
The worst service. Our server was the rudest person. Dropped off our drinks and meals as if we were chattle. Just threw our bread on the table, when we asked for more bread, she was going to charge us ( the menu says all you can eat salad and bread ) Did I miss something? Our kids burgers were burnt, We explained that our son didn’t eat his food because it was burnt she, responded, if was free oh well. That wasn’t the point. The worst place ever! I would expect this kind of service from a fast food chain.
Good – Gets VERY Crowded. The food is good, I still find the prices pretty high for the amount of food. It is unlimited salad and bread, but they bring those things about 10 minutes before your food is about to come out, that way you don’t have an opportunity to get any more.It gets really crowded on Friday and Saturday nights, we waited about 45 minutes and got there are 5:15pm. The service is good, I would still recommend.
It’s Not Italian Food. Over priced fake Italian food.
The food is usually always pretty good and who doesn’t love the unlimited salad and bread!? The service at times can be lacking though
