The service here was FANTASTIC! The lady at the till recognized that I was a 1st time customer and took her time walking me through the process of ordering which was extremely helpful since I was wrangling my 3 kids at the same time. The restaurant has crayons and paper to keep the kids busy while we waited for our order. Our order came up and we were even given extra french fries because they accidentally made too many. The only con to that was that they just dumped the extra fries into the big brown paper bag loose, they really could have used a container of some kind, but it gave us a good laugh! I love a place that offers malt vinegar as a condiment so big bonus there! The burgers were huge and super tasty. We are from out of town, so I will be sure to stop in again next time we are travelling to London. It is close to Chapters and other shopping areas.
Went to Richmond location for a quick lunch and after reading mixed reviews. Ordered their 2 pattie cheeseburger with 6 loaded toppings and fries. Found a table to wait for my meal and grabbed a free hand full of peanuts provided in a nearby bin. This free feature would probably create some serious peanut allergy problems in the future and I think there should be some notice on the entry door. Meal was ready in a few minutes and served it up with a more than adequate bag of fresh cut fries. Had no quarrel with the meal as burgers were well cooked and fries very good. A bit pricey for families and would not have a problem returning.
