Worst experience. Tip for people if you guys ever decide to go, pay attention to your bill the servers add 15% tip to your bill. First of all, my friend came down from waterloo and i decided to take her out for lunch. The waitress never paid attention and whenever i asked her to bring me something , she brought it like 20 minutes later after being asked again. And the whole time she was on her cell phone calling so loud that me and my friend couldnt even talk. Even if i had a bad service, i always leave tip. But when i was told tip is already included? TIP IS NOT MANDATORY, ITS CUSTOMERS DECISION TO LEAVE A TIP OR NOT. ABSOUTELY HORRIBLE.

This is my favorite Korean restaurant in London food-wise, but it got to be the worst service-wise. Service is soooo slow and I think they are just plain under-staff. The poor guy is working so hard and he is the only one serving the whole restaurant, so that means 15mins to get our orders in and another 10mins to get our tea, then 30 more mins to get our food. Also watch out for the restaurant charging an automatic 10% service charge.
Guys this place charge tips in the bill without telling you. Horrible management, grumpy korean staff (chances are they are illegal residents) and pathetic food with overpriced price. Never going back again. The only reason they are still in business is because they always ripoff new students (uwo).
What a disappointment!. Went for dinner this evening hoping to enjoy the beef teriyaki combo as I did several weeks ago for lunch. What happened? Did ownership change? Not only did I have to remind the waiter that dinner comes with miso soup and a salad, but the beef was not sliced from a grilled piece, it was a ground beef patty. Who makes beef teriyaki using a hamburger patty? And for some reason, when it came to refilling our tea cups, our waiter could only see the empty ones of the Asian patrons. I will not eat here again as there are other, better Japanese restaurants near/on Richmond Street (Ozen, Kawa Sushi). Try Kawa, you won’t be disappointed.
It is not a restaurant with ethics!!!. This shop included the tips into the menu and didn’t tell you, even after they saw you pay the tips twice!!!
