  We have ordered from here in the past and always picked up. Relying on delivery unless you have little choice leaves your order at the mercy of the driver. I don’ t care how efficient the driver is he could get stuck in traffic, your order could be at the back end of many stops and the driver does not immediately get your order when it comes off the grill and waits for other deliveries to finish cooking and every order loses heat the minute it is removed from the oven.We found the pizza here basic but tasty and reasonable. Too many other good places out there to make this a one only stop but worth ordering every so often for price point.Add on reviewWould like to clarify my pizza delivery rant. I was not specifically isolating this pizza delivery person but all delivery people who face a lot of obstacles in being able to provide a hot product. Clearly the odds are against them. Even on pick up I found my dinner cooling off if I were more than 10 minutes from home. Suggest pizza places who deliver, and, with the purchasers permission, undercook the meal by several minutes and let the buyer cook the rest at home so he/she finishes the baking and has a fresh hot meal at home.Too often delivered meals and their delivery people are highly criticized for not delivering a quick and hot meal but the meal itself when picked up is given high marks by reviewers.

  Bad service pizza cold cold. Iorder pizza and it was late and the pizza very cold no good to order from here

  If you are hungry – don’t call Marvellous. We ordered from here and over an hour later still no pizza. We called and they claimed it would be ten more minutes and it was on it’s way. Almost 40 minutes later the pizza came. As far as I am concerned pizza should NOT take this long and if it does do not claim it will be there in 45 minutes. Crazy how a place can conduct business in such matter and still survive . Note to Marvoulous- you are not the only pizza place in the city and will certainly be the last place we ever order from again. I don’t advise others order from here either if you are actually hungry.

  I’m talking about the southdale location btw06 Dec, 2013Pizza needs to be cooked more, more toppings! and more cheese! Other then that seams like a nice family runned biz

  Horrible Service. I’ve never had such bad service in my life. After being over one hour late on my delivery, I called and asked to see how much longer it would take. They said they were on their way. They showed up 25 minutes later (probably forgot my pizzas). I understand it was dinner time so they must have been super busy so it was fine. Then, the delivery guy didn’t have change for me. When I asked if he could go and get change from a variety store or something, he just gave me a dirty look and started making excuses, assuming I would tip him the rest of the money. Yeah right. So he reluctantly went to get change. When I opened the pizza boxes, they were both the wrong pizzas. I called the store just to notify them what had happened and the owner or manager started flipping out on me! Complained that my house was too far for delivery etc. Well, if that’s the case, then don’t promote free delivery or tack on a delivery charge which I would have gladly paid. I couldn’t believe the nerve. Don’t EVER order from here. I firmly believe that service is just as important as the food to make cuisine a great experience. Horrid would be an understatement. And trust me, I used to go here a lot.
