This is an all in one entertainment facility containing bowling and billiards with a large bar with numerous flat screens and a fair sized restaurant. We won free bowling at one of the trade shows and decided to look foolish and invited a few friends to join us also proving that this multi media facility successfully used a loss leader to attract patrons. I would give myself a ONE rating for bowling. It was brutal.Have read some of the negatives from years ago and, from our perspective, they must have ironed out the kinks as we had no complaints.Our waitress was pleasant -almost huggable -and very efficient.Partner and I shared a wood oven Soprano pizza which arrived about 15 minutes after ordering. Partner added a goat cheese and apple side lettuce salad and I had the cheeseburger soup. Both sides were excellent and would recommend. The pizza was well cooked and delicious.Fast pleasant service, bright clean interior, hot tasty food, and reasonable prices. What’s not to like!
I went to the Palasad with some friends last night to enjoy a bite to eat and a couple of beers.When we arrived we were greated by our waitress , Erin, and the evening began. I have been to the Palasad a few times so I am familiar with the restaurant. The food is always good and they have a large selection of beverages. There were five of us in our party and we all were happy with the variety that we were offered. Erin did a great gob. She was available to us at any time and she was very efficient and pleasant. I highly recommend Palasad and if the other table staff are as good as Erin I assure you that you will enjoy your visit as much as we did. Thanks for helping to make our evening better Erin. Palasad is always a great place to go to, especially for a date. Can get pricey very quick if you don’t take advantage of their promos. Service is always slow but that usually don’t bother me since you’re usually occupied by playing bowling,or pool

Pleasantly suprised!. We have driven past This place so many times and honestly never thought to go in and check it out. Well, tonight was my birthday, my boyfriend and I had to work afternoon shift :(. But never the less we decided to go out after our shift. Well worth it so glad we went! The wings were amazing and the bacon cheese dip was so good. We will definitely be going back.
Great burgers and friendly service. We went to Palasad on a Friday night – the restaurant was incredibly busy, as two large groups were seated just as we came in, but our server – Paula – was nothing short of excellent. She spent the night constantly moving between her tables, ensuring that each party was well cared for. She was very friendly and personable, which more than made up for the fact that it occasionally took a little while to have her visit (which she apologized for each time she came to our table). She even explained that our drinks took longer than she expected, though we didn’t notice or think as much, because they needed to change the drink syrup. She never left us sitting wondering why something took longer than we might expect, which really put us at ease. We ordered the firecracker chicken and the hick burger, both of which were excellent. The food came out quickly, was hot and very fresh. Paula even made a point of getting our order (and those of the smaller groups around us, as well) before she took that of the two large groups to make sure that we wouldn’t be waiting long for our food. That level of thought, consideration and foresight really helped to make the meal even more enjoyable. We were very pleased with our visit; we highly recommend and look forward to going back.
Horrible Pizza–down hill.. I have been eating here for years–since they opened and always enjoyed the pizza. Tonight got served a pizza with a terrible hard and poor tasting crust. Manager offered us another meal or another pizza. We made a big mistake and asked for another pizza. The crust was awful. What’s worse is they charged us for the pizza, even after the waitress asked the manager on duty what to do. Won’t go back there again! The duty manager was too busy taking photos with his cell phone of 2 of the waitresses faking chugging bottles of vodka behind the bar.
