The last experience with this Pizza Hut was terrible. It was a call in pick up order. I called and the person on the phone was not knowledgeable and not professional in the slightest. An example would be excusing herself in the middle of taking the order because she had to use the bathroom….why do I know that?! Say anything else….anything. Lol. Then after all this I had asked her is she could please repeat the order back as she seemed distracted and then said she needed to change phones and go find the receipt that had our order…wait what?! You were still on the phone taking it….where are you? In the bathroom?! I called back after as I was on hold for another 5 mins and the next person who answered said that they have no record of this order…okay. So I canceled it for what it was worth. So it is a place we liked in the past so we tried it again this weekend. We went in and placed the order and there were 2 people waiting for their orders (visibly irritated). Then 10 mins later they pulled both of the orders out of the warming area….where they had sat for 10 mins. You could say they were pissed. Anyways long story short the service was bad, the order wasn’t even close and the food was not good at all. Side note….the salad had frozen lettuce in it and soggy croutons. Ew. Don’t recommend this place at all. Hey I would recommend the Pizza Hut on Dundas St….it more than made up for the awful service we experienced here.
