This is a new pizza place for London but not new for Ontario. Has enjoyed 50 successful years in Toronto. Their pizzas are loaded, a little pricey but tasty.I had problems ordering delivery as my North London area was slightly outside their delivery area. My area has the highest annual income per London household and thus more disposable income.There are 16 other pizza places and over 50 non pizza places in the 5K radius of Pizza Nova, many beyond their no delivery line, and most deliver to north London.Pizza Nova is located on a very busy area and in one of the highest traffic accident areas in the city. They have to understand that 5Ks in smaller cities is not like 5Ks in Toronto. Wintertime in this busy location may discourage drop ins and increase delivery demands.There have been 9 restaurant closures in North London in the past 6 months and an equal number open. London is a competitive and demanding market and flexibility is the key. Inflexibility will get you closed. I will wait until they expand delivery into my area before testing them again. Someone needs to do their homework here.
