Had pho as it was -3 with windchill of -10. Needed something soupy and hotTaste wise was alright but we find the soup was a wee oily, still alright. Quite little beef slices though. Maybe we were expecting quite big portion of meat as well, not just the noodleQuite slow service considering it was pho, nothing needed to be cooked (like fried rice or fried rice noodle)Would still recommend the placeVery near western university
