For those days and nights when you crave pork, cheese, gravy and fries, you can’t go wrong. I like to order the large Double Pork with Peppercorn Gravy, and snack on it for a couple days. Sure it’s totally unhealthy, but sometimes that’s exactly what you need. 😀
Crappy poutine. First time there; I got the chilli chicken poutine. Rubbery old chicken and slightly undercooked fries.. It’s a ‘poutinery’ and that just isn’t acceptable. I love poutine, but this was such a dissapointment. Also, the door was sticky when opening it to leave– Just an overall gross experience.
Rubbery and Chewy. I had the chicken peppercorn poutine with no mushrooms. The chicken tasted like it was cooked days ago and was chewy, and the cheese curds were rubbery and plasticy. Didn’t even melt! I won’t go back! Yuck!
Great improvement. Second visit much better gravy was hot. Store was clean, fries were delicious.31 May, 2013Undecided. Funny, most of my comments will be negative but for some reason I did like it. I got the triple pork, that alone sounds good:) but 3 main comments1. Yes gravy was a bit cold and could use a kick of some flavour2. Small place was very dirty3. Worker was out for a smoke and didn’t wash hands once returned to work.3 easy fixes and could be a nice place, i’ll try again
Cold fries!!!. Fries were cold, so as gravy. Very disappointed.
What a waste. Had the philly cheese poutine with wife a while ago and what waste of money. No flavour in the gravy and just generally no taste. cant believe people line up for this.
Total crap. Will never eat this garbage again. Worse poutine I’ve ever had. Fries were cold and the gravy was just awful. They must go out of their way to screw up the poutine this badly. Just don’t.
