Worst experience EVER! Pizzas was greasy, disgusting, and with black curly hair in it!!! Wings were dry, I found the same kind of BODY HAIR stick onto a wing too!!! Sauce was not it suppose to taste like. Horrible service! Staff were rude! Don’t waste your time, energy, and money with these disgusting jokers! Give a negative ten (-10)!!! They are the worst, seriously!!!
Not even worth one star. They’re so rude and condescending and their pizza isn’t even good or worth it. Order only if you want to get yelled at over the phone or for your pizza to show up after an hour of waiting.
TERRIBLE service and TERRIBLE food. Bought pizza, wings and pop but didn’t get the pop we ordered. We were WAY over charged for the amount of food we got and the quality of the food. We normally get our order from the WEST end place that has a special we always order. When we told these guys that, they assured us we would get free delivery and mislead us into thinking it was the same price.When I confronted the employee over the phone about our wrong order, they argued with me, made me out to seem like I was some child who didn’t know what numbers are, and belittled me. They then told us that they don’t have the same deals as the WEST store… thanks for telling us after the fact. They argued with me stating we didn’t order drinks when we had in fact done just that. They also charged us delivery.Save your money, the pizza tastes terrible, the wings are greasy, disgusting and small. The wing sauce was watered down and all wrong. They told us they weren’t busy, and now we understand why. Utter garbage. I’d rate this place NEGATIVE 10 out of 10. Never eating here again.
The worst place ever !!!!. I ordered I large pizza and wings and asked for no sauce on my pizza l. When I received it there was sauce on my pizza then I called them but I never got a replacement so I needed up throw out the pizza ……
Sucks!!!!!. I was so disappointed and got ripped off!! My friend and I ordered 2 slices pizza and a soda each and the staff charged us $8.65.. but soon after one lady ordered same thing and was asked to pay only $4!!what’s going on here??More over the taste of pizza isn’t memorable at all! Nothing special..I can definitely say I’ll never go back!
Unsatisfactory, rude, and not worth your money or time.. I generally leave positive reviews, however after many recent complaints from friends and family I am writing this as a public service announcement to boycott Sopranos pizza.They claim that there website is not managed by them(even though the phone number/address on the website was for the correct store)and the food tastes like cardboard. Took over 1 hour for delivery while still being charged the full amount. Order was incorrect. Changes the prices of the menu daily and has consistent unsatisfactory service. Website offers many deals and specials that the owner refused to offer.Lots of excuses, zero customer service.
What a joke! They screw up …. What a joke!They screw up order and driver says he’ll come back with missing items! Nope. I call twice and they say someone will come. DONT BOTHER WITH THESE JOKERS. I understand mistakes happen. But live up to what you say. Last time I’ll support this place. Beware
