Wife had eggs benny and she loved it! I forget what my breakfast was called but it was gigantic and delicious. The only thing I didn’t like was the whipped cream on my pancake… by the time I got to the pancake the whipped cream had made the pancake quite mushy. My fault… should have eaten it sooner instead of leaving it until the end. 🙂
We’re here for our third visit In 3 months and still impressed overall. Place is the first breakfast restaurant to open in populated North London in many years. Open from 7 to 3 it also has a lunch menu. It was packed on Saturday and we had to wait 10 minutes before we were seated.Waitress was quickly at our table to deliver menus and take our coffee orders. She returned a few minutes later to take our regular order.I ordered the bacon ham eggs Benedict softly cooked as I do like runny yolks but do not like uncooked whites. The dish came with home fries and the eggs cooked perfectly and bacon crisp but not overcooked. Coffee was good and topped up a few times during our meal.My wife had the French toast and fruit along with a copious amount of syrup. The fruit was plentiful and delicious and well presented. This is a bright cheery entry into the busy restaurant scene in busy North London and if it provides continued service and quality food, should last a long time. It’s a little pricey like Cora’s but good quality. We will definitely returnApril 2016. Returned for yet another time here. Had the’ Big Breakfast’ of 2 eggs, two sausages, two large pancakes, home fries, three strips of bacon and two pieces of rye toast. Large variety of items ready at different times caused the meal to lose heat quicker. However meal was good but proved too much to eat and we bagged the pancakes to have at home. Would order less next time.Partner had the Canadian eggs Benedict with 2 poached eggs and peamale bacon and enjoyed it but would have liked the whites better cooked. Would still recommend for a special breakfast outing.
