Used to frequent this place a bit and ordered their signature meal of Dave’s hot and juicy single, double or 3/4 pounder from 1/4 to 3/4 pounds.. They are now trying to have the baconator become the signature and, owing to the increased popularity of bacon, is gradually becoming their top seller. Tried one and liked it compared to higher priced but greater varieties at 5 guys, the Bungalow, the Works, and a few other unique burger places in the city. These burgers are the bottom from all the fashionable hamburger places that have cropped up and must work from as they are usuallyat least 25 to 35 percent higher in price. The specialty places should have more variety, have more unique toppings and offer the diner fresh cut fries to justify their prices.For a tasty but probably an unhealthy treat try the baconator. Fries not fresh cut. The hot and juicy is also good if in a rush.
