we enjoyed the wide selection of dim sum available. they were freshly prepared and tasty. the owners were present and ensured that we were happy with the food and services. highly recommend.
Went here for lunch with a few friends and I was the only one who had not dined at this newly opened place. I had the Pad Thai and my partner had the beef dish #138. Friends had the 43 and 56 as well as the 84 and did not think they were very special. I have had better Pad Thai at numerous other places. It had no peanuts, was a little mild and could have had more shrimp and chicken. Service was a bit slow which I attest to inexperienced staff. Had to Q the waiter to place our order. Once served our guy disappeared until bill time. There was a noticeable difference in their service to Chinese diners and us. Almost felt second ranked. This place has to understand that an ethnic restaurant needs support from their community to pay the bills but needs the non ethnic to make a profit. Not as good an overall experience as the two excellent Thai places nearby. Probably will not return for a while.
Ordered last night late, i have heard good things about wings kitchen but now, not so sure about that. ordered my go to westernized dishes of a general tao and Cantonese chow mein, i made conversation with the woman saying that i heard great things and to please make the general tao spicy and PLEASE ADD HOT SAUCE ON THE SIDE, i repeated that part several times… Order came quick no issues there, i decided to tip on top of the added delivery charge because it was so fast and i could tell it was hot. I asked the driver, the hot sauce is in the bag right, he said yup….Well the order came to over 30$ which is a kings feast for 1 but…. not one package of hot sauce, not one.. The Cantonese chow mein came with the noodles on the side?? Then you mix it up yourself, the noodles were cold, greasy and hard yummy, it was honestly better as leftovers today, the general tao was very bland no spice and no heat, I was eating the chicken when i noticed the whole bottom of the container was broccoli more broccoli then chicken, i didnt think it was called general taos broccoli… i did call to tell them about the hot sauce in which they did offer to bring it back in 10 minutes but i actually preferred telling her she just lost a paying customer.. as these other reviewers had better success perhaps i ordered the wrong things or perhaps just had a bad experience.. I will not however return to patronize this establishment… 2 stars for the decent left over chow mein??
