What a GREAT experience! My boyfriend and I were in Stratford to pick something up, and were not planning to stay. However, out of pure exhaustion, we gave Bentley’s a call to grab a room. The bartender Cameron, from the moment he answered the phone until the moment we closed down the bar, was pleasant, helpful, funny, and a great bartender! Awesome drink selection, delicious food (the antijitos were TO DIE FOR). We will be back FOR SURE …. How can you pass up amazing service, fresh, delicious food and a gorgeous hotel room all in one beautiful, well cared for package? Thanks Cameron – you really took our weekend from running errands to a great getaway we will never forget!
Thirty minutes after taking our drink order, the server hadn’t even brought us our waters. We walked out, and she probably won’t even notice for another fifteen minutes. Poor girl, I hope she finds a better job where management is smart enough to schedule more than one server on the weekends.
First time my husband and I went there 2 weeks ago. Loved the food! The service was excellent! Our server Heather was fantastic. Will go there again for sure!
Good place for drinks on the patio! Although it would be more professional to serve beer with matching glasses and pitcher.
Service was appallingly slow. We had to wait 30 minutes for a food order to be taken. We then waited another 30 minutes for greasy and bland food. Overall, a very disappointing experience. With all the other dining options in Stratford, I don’t think I’ll ever go again.
Typical bar food … I like the wings it’s a good spot just to sit with friends and have a few pints and have a good time 6/10 for me
Seated ourselves as the sign suggested. After waiting 10 minutes in a half empty restaurant, I went to the server station and asked for a couple menus. They got the hint and came and took our drink order. Another 5-6 minutes to pour two simple beers. Food came within 20 minutes so not long. I had 2 apps, wings and Cajun shrimp. Wings were okay but the shrimp were clumsy at best. Not tiger shrimp as advertised. And over peppered. I like spice and heat but there is a difference. Wife had a nice gluten free noodle dish which she liked. But we wouldn’t go back for anything more than a pint.
