My husband and I had dinner tonight at the Fanshawe Park Rd location. My husband had his usual steak dinner that wasn’t up to par. My usual Big Dipper was great though. We usually don’t say anything but when the waitress asked us how our meals were he told her . She did mention it to the manager who came over to the table apologized and told us that we wouldn’t be charge for his meal. I’ve noticed in frequent visits to this location that the staff and management , especially this female manager are very attentive to customer satisfaction. Thank you for your top notch service. We will be back.
