    I have read all the reviews and have to admit that this establishment deserves every negative post! The staff could careless what the customer wants. I ordered a Turkey , avocado ciabatta sandwich with a medium coffee. I was not given a choice of coffee and was told that I could only have a balsamic-oil dressing on my salad! When they served they brought over my order, My sandwich look old. I bit into it and it was terrible. I opened it up since I barely could taste either turkey or avocado… it had less then a teaspoon of minced avocado and the thinnest 2 slices of packaged Turkey imaginable. I pushed my plate aside and did not say anything. Normally I would complain… but I witnessed a guy asking for a little more cream in his coffee and decided it was not worth the embarrassment. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE EAT THERE. This place will fold if big changes are not made soon! I have lots more to say though I hope this is enough!

    After going for dinner my friend wanted a coffee to go before the show. She asked for a decaf coffee. She was also buying a butter tart. When the server gave her the coffee she asked if it could be changed. She decided she needed a little caffeine and could he change it to half caffeinated and half decaf. It was a small coffee so how much would be wasted to do so? No. it could not be done. Really? I have been to this place when doing theater in the past but there are so many other places to stop for a coffee and next time that is where you will find me.

    Worst service ever!. I literally have lived within steps of this Coffee Culture for the last two years and have left while in line to go to the competition about a dozen or so times. Call me unreasonable, but I don’t believe coffee wait times should exceed five minutes. Normally I am the only sucker in line while being blissfully ignored by the staff. Normally the staff behind the counter outnumber me 4 to 1, but yet not one of them will drop their mundane task to get my order. You are better off taking your business to Balzacs which has better coffee and a nicer establishment. Friendly staff also helps!

    Horrible staff. I went one time only, with my girlfriend. I bought us each a drink, and they tried to kick her out for not buying anything. Again, I bought 2 drinks, one for each of us. I got my money back and left.

    Terrible. I have been in there a few times and rarely had any decent customer service. The one time I went in and spoke to my friend a moment before attempting to order a coffee. Before I even had a word out the employee was demanding that the two of four people at my table buy something immediatly or we all get out. This was even before I had ordered my coffee. Then today my sister went in to meet a few friends and was spoken down to, had her drink lifted by the employee to see if there was any left, the employee actually shut her friends laptop to demand her listen to the belittling rant she was going on about and then was told to get out. The customer service is non existant and the only way to enjoy anything they have to offer is if you are too distracted to notice the disrespect and leave promptly after ordering.

    A fine example to the chain. Not a coffee drinker had the hot chocolate. Not too sweet, and well flavored. Sandwich was fresh maid to order and served to the table.. Great clean place.

    WiFi Unreliable. The WiFi didn’t work when I visited and the people working there didn’t seem so think it was a problem that everyone with a computer was having problems. They kept telling people to reboot their computers, when they should have just rebooted the router.
