Liked the Pecan Butter Tart. Tried one of their pecan butter tarts for $2.25. Smooth filling. Crust was flaky and had a buttery sweetness that matched well with the nuts. Not sure of the going rate for butter tarts but that is likely the highest I have ever paid. Also tried a pain au chocolat. It was fine enough but not the world’s best. I understand they have just recently opened. Best of luck. Stratford is probably pretty happy to have an artisan baker in its midst.
