One of my go-to restaurants. Sirkel has been one of my go-to restaurants in Stratford for years. On different visits, I’ve tried the red pepper hummus and feta sandwich, the goat cheese sandwich, the spinach salad, the veggie crepes, and the tofu stir-fry. Great variety of options for vegetarians and my friends tell me that the meat options are delicious as well. The service is prompt and friendly, and I’ve never had problems getting a seat. Close to the theatres and an affordable lunch option. Filling enough for a satisfying lunch. Seems kid-friendly.

It’s a clean and fresh space .. open and doesn’t feel crowded at all even when the place is packed. Which, btw, was the case today. I enjoyed a beautiful gravlax sandwich today, the salmon they cure in house and for $6.50 .. you can’t beat it. In fact, I note that all the sandwich offerings were the same price which I found refreshing. My friend enjoyed the special for today, a tuna melt.. it looked great and she barely left a crumb.Lunch for under $10 .. full, happy. What more can you ask for?
