  Waited to order food with another gentlemen behind me. Two people walked in from the street. And the scrawny guy working there just out right served these two guys that walked in without acknowledging us. We both looked at each other and laughed. Trash Customer Service. Trash Employees.

  Came here for falafel and thought it was average at best. I didn’t dislike it and it did its job of getting me full so I was happy. Average price. The thing is I’ve tasted many falafels in my life and this one was giving me a lemony tease for some reason which is different than any other place. Not a bad thing. The veggies were super fresh and loved that they had tahini also. I asked for whole wheat pita and I’m pretty sure I got white. I told the lady cashing me out what I wanted but the guy making it still had to ask me for some reason and that’s when I realized since I didn’t confirm the whole wheat pita again he must have missed it. Maybe cashier should communicate it better. Or maybe he knew and just was double checking and got the pita right and it’s super similar to the white one ? I can’t tell. I miss pyramids that used to be in this location but they shut down and 5 stars is here now. The people are friendly and the place is super clean. Their signature is roses. Nice washroom too. The falafel was big just how I like it and wrapped up nicely too. Just not the tastiest.

  Pretty close to 5Stars as per the establishment’s name!* knocked off for food arriving in styro – despite dining in, BUT it’s good for leftovers – and I wished that potatoes were in smaller pieces, crunchier. They were on the larger side and could be cooked a bit longer before being fried.LOVED that the kofta was freshly made, not from frozen as I can taste from the texture of the meat. I also loved, loved, LOVED the hummus and usually I’m not that big of a fan of it, especially when it comes out of a container from the grocery store. 🙁 I could tell this spread was made in-house as well and I really like the seasoning that they used for it, YUM!I had the Mixed Plate ($10.99, beef/chicken shawarma) and friend had Kofta ($9.99). Both plates came with a small side of Fattoush Salad, Fried Potatoes, & Rice with White Garlic Sauce/Spicy Sauce if you request it.Both Shawarmas were good, but Kofta was really tasty! Wait was approx. 10-15mins. As soon as friend ordered the Kofta, the man behind the counter immediately said that it would take 10mins for that particular dish.Would definitely stop by again, especially since it’s not that far from where I live.

  Best value for food. Jesus, how are these guys able to survive by offering $3.99 for a shawarma bowl. Great, down to earth guy too. Highly recommended!

  Their sharwarmas are the bomb, I love their new jumbo option. They put just the right amount of sauce. Their chicken tastes great as they Grill it with the garlic sauce. Great service, I’ve been going here for the past four years. When it was pyramids, the quality got worse over the years. 5 star brought the quality back, it is better than Lazeez and Osmows.

  Very inconvenient dinning experience. The 2 lady that were serving both have a very loud annoying voice ever. The sign outside is extremely cheap. The food was like very bad, as if it was reheated. Very limited menu. Would never like t come back again.
