Had a horrible experience here today! The Shawarma’s good but the customer service is so shit!! My friend and I are very disappointed and we’re definitely not coming back again.
I came here last night around 11 or so and there was no one inside. It must suck to have 2 shawarma places so close to each other but all of the traffic was at osmows. I personally did not enjoy osmows the last time I went so I decided to go with pita Nutso. Of course when I got in , they made my falafel fresh in front of me and it took a bit to cook fully. They took falafel mush out of a box and scooped it with an ice cream scooper and made the balls it was interesting. I normally dislike the mushy type but they deep fried it so it was a shot in the dark. They kind of burnt my falafel and I could taste the burn lines on the grill press but honestly the thing was huge! The regular size at this spot is definitely the large at any other spot. So that’s a good thing for hungry people! It was huge and filling but it wasn’t like the best I’ve had only because at the top I could taste nothing but bread and falafel for a while I had to start biting the sides to get the tomato and lettuce. The lettuce and tomato were good I think it’s the falafel itself I wasn’t too fond of and all of the sauce was on the bottom. It wasn’t bad though and it got better as I went lower. I even ate the rest when I got home and it tasted better cold ish. It was ok actually! Just not the best 😛 but still better than osmows in my opinion. the customer service was awesome though and the spot was clean. My friend LOVES the shawarmas from here.
