We had a great pizza dinner here. The cook entertained us with throwing the pizza dough up about 8 feet in the air. Also not so noisy that friends and family could catch up!
Two nights ago my wife and I were let down. Although we have enjoyed 12 or so visits in the past and found all to be authentic and delicious, our pizza crusts were doughy and moist. Perhaps it’s time for some coaching from the boss?
We had 2 pizzas; apps, salad.Food was fine; typical wood oven; I’ve had better.Smallest glass of wine I have ever been served.
