Worst burrito I’ve ever had in my life. The staff had no idea how to make a burrito, (ie. strain the beef so the burrito isn’t soggy as) and when I asked them about recommendations on toppings or sauces, they just told me to read the menu and pointed at the overhanging menu – and the kicker: when I asked for several of the toppings that I read in the aforementioned menu, they told me they were out (ie. the sauce I wanted or any kind of rice whatsoever – they were a burrito place that ran out of rice!). So, bottom line, the end result was an extremely soggy pile of shit burrito with no flavor, no rice, and a staff that were too young, inexperienced millennial chunders who were void of any customer service skills or ability to be functional human beings. I will never go back. Would rather eat dog turds. Would give a 0/5 if I could.
Not a bad little burrito place. We went 15 minutes before close and the poor guy behind the counter looked like he’d had a long day. He was still relatively friendly however and the place has a nice atmosphere for this kind of fare.I had a chicken burrito and while it may not have been the best Id ever had, it was still waaay better than Mucho Burrito. I wont even bother comparing it to the other two burrito chains in Ottawa. Itd be like comparing a painting created by a moderately talented art school student to that of a 9 year old and a 12 year old. Also: my wife got their hottest sauce available, and we were warned by the dude that its very hot. I had a bite and it barely even made our noses run at all and neither of us needed anything but a sip of water after. Ottawanians need to up their heat tolerance or something because being warned about a sauce that would maybe be a 2.5/5 heat level in other parts of the world is just embarassing….sorry went off on a tangent there.
