Place was cute and clean, decided to stop by the place after seeing it on CTV news. I brought my little brother and he loved the place. we both ordered bubble gum ice cream and it was fabulous. The custom ice cream cakes look interesting, i’ll buy one for my lil brothers birthday coming up.
Overpriced. Unfortunately, if you have 10$ in your pocket, you won’t be able to buy 2 small ice cream cones for your kids. To justify spending more than that on average ice cream would be unthinkable. Go to a grocery store and buy it there instead.
Not a good value for money and very untidy place.. I have been to the slab over the years, as it is my neighborhood business, but last couple of visits I am seeing that the place is falling apart.The scoops used are not properly cleaned, the slab is untidy and the staff serving us have no value for our time.Paying for overly priced ice cream and with poor customer service, this is going to be a no- no for me and my kids in the near future. There are better dessert places in the community.I normally dont write reviews but it was about time I put one up for once my favorite place.-Elena
Amazing taste & Customer Service. I was planning a surprise bday party and wanted a slab sized shamrock shaped ice cream cake. Initially was told no problem, upon pickup was provided a slab..after expressing my disappointment the owner bent over backwards to ensure my satisfaction. She went so far as to deliver cake to westend restaurant in time for celebration..Of course it also tasted FANTASTIC!!! This is why I will recommend and be back Fr many more.thank you Marble Slab Bank Street!Jill
Go to kingston. Ordered a special on the board. nowhere did it say that one topping included, the others that went to make it extra per serving. in Kingston both places how many and how much no cost for toppings .Ottawa a med cost over 10.00 dollars rip off.
I just go for the wafle cones which are made there, they’re awesome. The icecream is okay and they mix things to it like what you would fine in menchies
Amazing!!. The ice cream tasted better than haagen daaz. So creamy and delicious. Everyone who tried it loved it
