The ice cream is good, but the customer service is terrible. I always feel like I’m being a bother while I’m in there, and like I have no time to pick toppings or anything because it’s annoying to the person behind the counter. Their prices are also too high, especially for waffle cones. It’s really too bad because building your own ice cream is quite fun.
I can’t believe people love this place. The ice cream was so underwhelming and the white chocolate dipped waffle cone was actually gross. I couldn’t believe how much it cost and I hate how they mix flavours together although I know it’s just a cool gimmick. I went next door to truffle treasures and the ice cream is delicious!! Will not go back to this place. Yukk
