I’ve been here 3 or 4 times, and haven’t had a poor experience (I did at their Kanata location, but this review is for this location specifically). The fact that they have so many options is great, and as I was watching carb intake, it was easy to just skip the bun and have that presented as an option up front. Realistically, for the price and considering these are really just burgers with different toppings, it is pretty pricey for what it is, and while I don’t go out of my way to come here, I’ve not been disappointed whenever I end up here. There are a lot of gourmet burger places in Ottawa lately, and a lot of them are quite comparable, and while I don’t feel the works is particularly a standout, it certainly isn’t a bad option overall either.
