Smack in mid-Junction on Dundas West and High Park Avenue, this narrow restaurant packs a long menu of delights with excellent service and attention. Of note is the pictured fiery Punjabi Dahl Amritsari with a smooth Saag Paneer. Great Place! Go There!

Twist is our favourite indian restaurant in the city. The flavours, spices, the portion sizes, the friendly staff, everything about it leaves you with a big smile on your face. Curry Twist is a must my books.

This place is focused on northern Indian cooking and they offer locally-sourced beer and wine to pair with dinner. Dishes are generous portions, perfect for groups of four or more to start with the crispy Aloo tiki fried potato patties with chickpeas and chutney, Tawa paneer and Daal palak. The soundtrack of this lively restaurant is peppered with conversations, only silenced by the flavours of menu items like the tasty Chicken korma slow-cooked in a cashew, cardamom and fennel sauce and the Chili shrimp in a spicy coconut sauce. In case you’re craving Indian food, this place will satisfy all your taste buds. jamiesarner.com

Stopped in for a bite Sunday night. Ordered chicken tikka and Goan fish curry extra spicy. Fresh, made to order. Good blend of spices. Would consider this Indian fusion, catered more towards North American palates vs. Authentic Indian (as also proven by the clientele). I don’t think you can go wrong here… The food is quite good. Give it a try and judge for yourself.

My new favourite Indian good restaurant in the junction. The nam bread and butter chicken is to die for. The place is small so they do a lot of pickups.

My new spot for Indian. I love Indian food, that being said I am by no means an expert on it and probably have no right to be critiquing it. So all I’m gonna say about the food is that I personally really enjoyed it. I had the Aloo Tikki and the Baigan Bharta with a side of rice and naan. I have no complaints about any of the above. The atmosphere was nice, although unfortunately we got seated in the front rather than the back that looks much better, but it was nice being by the window and being able to see into the kitchen. Service as well was good, the servers were very friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. I will definitely be going back!

Pretty darn good. Last weekend I ordered the Aloo Gobhi, Baigun Bharta and Paneer Veggie Twist and everything was delicious- spiced well, not oily, big pieces of veggies. The naan especially was fresh and doughy. Overall I was pretty smitten.
