Great Food! Service was prompt and friendly. I would recommend the Silk Pad Thai Chicken and Pad See Ew. Their portions are generously sized and wont break the bank.
Definitely a must try. Went there for dinner, the place is looks very elegant, great spot to bring a date. Candle lit dinner with soft music in the background. Service was prompt and the food is delicious. I’d recommend the spicy seafood mix. Yumm..
We have been eating here for years and have never been disappointed, although tonight was exceptional. My compliments to the chef, Carol. The fresh rolls were amazing, the silk pad Thai was delicious and the tamarind Curry was very flavorful. This is not fast food, quality food to order takes time. I usually order the green chicken curry and my wife usually orders the coconut soup, although we like to sample the menu sometimes. best Thai in the junction, maybe even Toronto.
I don’t know what happened to this place. It used to have awesome, flavorful food and timely orders. The last couple times I’ve gone there, the food was bland with long wait times. I had the Curry Pad Thai, which was awesome the first few times I’d had it, but this time there was almost no flavour at all. The last time I went, I tired their Green Curry, which is one of my favourite spicy dishes. The Green Curry from Silk was like a bowl of coconut milk and some green food colouring. AND I had to wait almost an hour for it! I won’t be going here again any time soon.
