REALLY BAD SERVICE….. One of the thinks that irks me about this place is that they don’t know the first thing about customer service. We’ve been there a number of times this year and usually we don’t have complaints about the food. But the one time we ordered food for delivery it was both very bland and not cooked well at all. We couldn’t eat the food because of it. We called to tell them about it and they didn’t do anything to give us good service. They kept excusing it saying that’s how it’s cooked and pretty much saying tough luck. After speaking with the manager they sent the delivery guy over with a new order but refused to give it to us because we had started the first order. We showed him how bad and uncooked it was and he kept arguing that we had eaten almost all of it (which was a lie). The driver was very rude and stormed off and said it’s our problem. We called the manager and told him about this and he also argued and was very rude saying we had eaten the food and even though we offered to send it back for him to see it they didn’t take it. He said I’m sorry and hung up. This isn’t a cheap place (2 main plates will run you over $40) so we expect excellent service, which this place hugely lacks. Never giving them my business again. There’s a lot of much better places on Bloor that will receive our business.
