Looks like The Promenade has a relatively new addition in the food court. Famous Laffa is now there and has a counter facing the food court, but also has a relatively spacious dining room as well. We chose the dining room today for lunch. SWMBO opted for the Famous Chicken Salad, which was much bigger than she expected. It was served on a full size laffa, which was slightly larger than the large plate. The laffa was topped with a generous portion of Israeli salad (tomato, cucumber, onions) as well as pieces of grilled chicken. She was unable to finish the entire meal, and today we were not able to take the test with us. I went for the Falafel Laffa. Fresh-baked laffa wrapped around fresh-cooked falafel and fresh vegetable toppings. I was happy.
Ten of us celebrated my dad’s birthday there. Despite being busy, our table was ready at the time we booked it. From the time we walked in, the service was excellent. The owner/manager was very attentive and the wait staff were really personable and maintained excellent service throughout dinner. The food was excellent. The hummus is probably the best I’ve had. The laffas are fantastic and we kept ordering more. We had a variety of main courses, all of which were delicious. This was not the first time I had eaten there and the food is consistently good. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys middle eastern cuisine.
