This establishment does not value client experience or customer satisfaction. I organized my dad’s 75th birthday dinner here. The prices are pretty steep $36/entree for halibut, steak etc which we were completely willing to pay for such a special occasion. All entrees were bland and mediocre. The worst part of our experience was when the entrees were being served. The server spilled my entire glass of wine on me and my brand new Prada purse my husband had just given me. Obviously this was not intentional and accidents happen. That could have been made up for in the restaurant’s response. Instead, I was handed a stack of napkins to wipe it up myself. A waitress came, grabbed my bag from me and looked at it saying it was fine (so as to not accept liability). My daughters plate of pizza was soaked. Someone finally came and took it away after leaving it in front of us like that for a while, but never offered to bring her more pizza. When the bill came I thought surely something would have been provided to us (compensation for the wine or the pizza?) as an apology for our experience. But nothing. Making the extra money from this visit was more important to these folks than investing in insuring we would not leave feeling we had an unpleasant experience so that we would return again. Clearly not foresight in keeping regulars or in how to run a customer focused business. Our first visit and our last. There are far better options in the area giving you a better experience at less cost.

SO AMAZING. This is the second time going to Stone Fire, and let me tell you, I’ll never forget it. To start off, we had the shrimp trio and it tasted AMAZING. Then for my entre, I ordered the filet mignon. I cannot express how amazing it was. Like honestly, I can’t put it into words!!!!! I took a bite, and it literally MELTED IN MY MOUTH! I kid you not. I ordered it medium rare (best way to have it, personally) and it was so tender and moist and YUM! I encourage everyone to try this filet mignon. If you didn’t like stone fire before, try the filet mignon and you’ll change your mind. For dessert, we had vanilla bean cheesecake (so good) and creme brle. Both were amazing. I can’t wait to go back to stone fire and order the filet mignon (of course, all the other food is good too)

YUM!. This is a great restaurant! Walking in, it is very modern and stylish. There was a woman who greeted us at the door and was very nice and courteous. The bread was brought to the table and it was delicious! We then ordered a caesar salad to split and they kindly split it into two plates. Then I ordered the Thai Noodle Salad which was really good! I highly recommend it if you want something refreshing and light. Then, it was time for dessert. There was a bunch to choose from including cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory and much, much more. I ordered the Crme Brle which was so delicious! Overall, it was a great meal and we will DEFINITELY come back to try more of the delicious meals they have!

Beautiful restaurant and even better food!! I have been there many times and I’ve never been disappointed. The owner Mauro is super friendly, and I love the fact that I can watch the open kitchen. One of my favourite restaurants.

My husband and I went to stone fire tonight to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Initially, the hostess was very nice and we thought we’d have a positive experience. Unfortunately, this couldn’t be further from the truth. We ordered salads that were clearly not dressed…at all. Then I ordered gluten free pasta and the owner / manager came out after about 20 minutes and told me that the kitchen made a mistake and my gluten free pasta would take longer…when the pasta did come, it was extremely undercooked…inedible really, in a broth like soup concoction…it was horrible. The owner apologized and took the pasta off our bill… really nice of her, but for the prices, which we have no problem paying, the food should be perfect…not impressed at all 🙁

Will never go back. The owner is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met!!!

Our new fave. Could not get enough of this. We just recently started going and already totally addicted. No matter what we have, the food always gets A++++, Ambiance A++++, Staff A++++, Pricing A++++. Flat out, everything about this restaurant is fantastic. We heard that there has been a necessary shift in ownership (previously we heard about the old co-owner and refused to go as we heard top many horror stories). We now find ourselves there on average two times a week. I would go everyday. Love it so much, I had my birthday party there and no editing required. Everything was perfect. Thank you to Mauro and Chantel who consistantly make our dining experience first class.
