SLOW service. You don’t have the weakest link on the cash. 4 people ahead of us, it took one customer 8 minutes before the order was right. Burgers were hot, but the time spent there would have been better spent at Harvey’s. Didn’t know the area so didn’t find alternative till later. As has been said before, new method is not customer friendly.
