Disappointing Meal. We went here on New Years Day. We were seated at a table that had one leg short so had to sit with weight on one side. They have to know it rocks when they wipe it down. First off let me say, I like Swiss Chalet; just not this one. It must have something to do with management being UN-attentive. I ordered my usual half chicken and it was not completely cooked. Not that it was raw but tough and stringy, friends had the quarter chicken and it was the same, only cold in the center. We did tell the waitress upon paying the bill, asking her to pass on our concerns to the manager. She offered us a desert but we just wanted to vacate the place with out a fuss. Another table was also expressing their disappointment.It was a long time ago, we had a hamburg there and the wife and I couldn’t eat it. I am sure they ground up chicken in the hamburg. It was a gagger. So very doubtful if I will ever return.
