The worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Last night, my family of 4 including a 6 years old went to the restaurant and waited for more than 45 min and nothing was reserved. A couple of groups who came and ordered after us got their food which are the same food we ordered. When we ask the service, she kept saying we had to wait with all kinds of lying excuses. Because my 6 years old daughter was really hungry at the time, we decided to leave with full dissatisfaction and will not go back ever. A restaurant like this should bankrupt. The service needs to be fired! I will pray for it.
Great food, nice staff and a clean restaurant! The floor seems to be greasy, leading to the stairs to the restrooms and into the basement. It felt like I was going to slip. All in all the food and staff are great!!
Ive had a lot of Chinese food but I must say this place was pretty unique. It highlights food from settlers of China from Turkey called Uyghurs. The lamb kebabs we tried were simply delicious. Nice and tender but still very juicy. They were lightly seasoned and emphasized the taste of lamb well. Unlike the lamb kebabs the kidney skewer had a lot more flavouring and was also well cooked. While they were oily, the short ribs we ordered were fork tender and nice too look at. Also tried langman noodles, which were deliciously garlicky, and hand made! The service did take a long time and our waiter seemed a little slow but the owner was pretty nice and seemed passionate about his restaurant. If Im ever in the mood for some kebab I could definitely see myself coming back here. One thing though, their menu is predominantly lamb dishes so if you dont like really meaty tasting meat this place isnt for you.
Overall: One of my most favourite places in GTA with Xinjiang cuisine! If you feel like trying out some not-too-typical Chinese food and if spices/meat kebabs are your thing, this is the place to go! This place offers popular dishes from Xinjiang (Northwestern region in Mainland China). My absolute favourite here is lamb kebab sticks; the flavour, portion size, tenderness of the meat is just perfect, in my opinion. The service is great here, too.
VERY SALTY!. Chicken and lamb kabobs were good! Service was terrible, restaurant was really cold, had to move to a different table 2x. Presentation and portions were terrible. Really pricy. One small piece of bread was served with one kebob skewer. They took extremely long to warm up bread and bring the bread. Didn’t give plates, when they served a huge bowl of noodle soup with nothing to serve it with. Would not recommend dining in! Very oily food.
Very bad kebab and noodles. Their kebab is very bad , its all fat , and no value , its better to eat meat alone with out cooking ,, also i am not satisfied with their staff
