Nice little restaurant with authentic IndianHakka flavors. We had hot and sour soup, chill paneer dry and manchurianwith gravy and steamed rice. The soup and the chill paneer were best in flavors and quantity. Every hakkarestaurant has their own ways of making machurianand the machurianhere was not what we expected. But the overall experience was really nice and the staff was really friendly.
2017/10/15We were in southern Etobicoke at dinner time, looking for Chinese food, and we found Everest Hakka House. They are a small-ish restaurant, with seating for less than 30 people, but they also seem to have a steady takeout business. The restaurant seems very dark inside, with most of the walls painted a dark burgundy. In our opinion, lighter paint would be a good thing. We started out our meal with the Veg Spring Rolls. They were served piping hot, with little plastic packages of plum sauce. The filling was half potato, with a light curry flavour, which was reminiscent of samosas. Not unexpected given the Hakka cuisine. Then we ordered two dishes to eat family style. The first was Manchurian Beef, which was marinated beef, stir fried and served in a pepper, garlic and mild curry sauce. We chose mild spice, but it still had a pleasant little kick to it. The beef was nice and tender. Our second dish was Szechuan Chicken Noodles from the Hakka Noodles menu. The noodles were thin, like vermicelli, and the chicken was finely diced. Add in some julienned ginger and a couple of chili peppers, and there was little heat in this dish too. Good food.
This place is quite close to my house and I decided to visit it once.Ordered the Hakka noodles, fried rice, chilli fishIn the food, the only thing worth eating is the Chilli fish.Their hakka noodles are quite ordinary in taste.I liked their chicken scheuwan fried rice too.Over all a good experience. The server was polite and attentive.

Horrible delivery service. We ordered recently and live close to the restaurant. We were told the order would take 1 hour and waiting over 2 hours. Restaurant staff were unhelpful and did not offer any assistance.
It’s was great to eat indian Chinese food over here. Referring as indian Chinese cause we see Gobi Manchurian and Paneer chilli here in menu card. Many of the dishes have indian style cooking and enjoyed veg fried rice and Szechuan noodles. Mango lassi was thick and perfect. We also tried Kung…
I am extremely late for the review but honestly, this is the best INDO CHINESE place in Toronto. Every time we go there , I can’t stop appreciating the food. Most of the stuff are to die for. I love their Chicken lollypop, Hakkanoodles, Chilly Chicken……the list is long. This is the only place I think of when I crave for IndoChinese. A must rrestaurantto try. Keep up the good work guys !!!!
