Tried the Vegetarian Szechwan fried rice and paneer Manchurian, costed around $22 with taxes. (The prices have been revised)Honestly, it felt very half hearted and didn’t taste that great.The service is quick, but the servers are too laid back,The quantity is good enough, one dish can easily serve two people,The food was an okay one time experience, rice was nice and cooked properly but lacked flavours, they just loaded it with chunks of cabbage and broccoli mainly.The paneer was soft, gravy was supposed to be thick but the consistency was more like a jelly, it tasted fine though but wasn’t upto the mark. Although, it didn’t convince me as a Paneer Manchurian .Will give a 3 to the overall ambience, food and service (as I cannot give 2.5)
This is a great place for Chinese food. The restaurant is well maintained, the staff is friendly and polite. The food is amazing! We had the combo for 3. The portions are good. In dessert, go for the roasted pineapple with vanilla ice-cream. You will love it for sure.Overall great experience. Will definitely visit again.
I have heard so many good words about this restaurant. This my first visit there. The place is nice and cosy. We ordered schezuan chicken, fried chicken wings and mixed Manchurian fried rice. Food is really blunt, total disappointment. I never tasted schezuan chicken that bad ever.
Got take out of 6 dishes and was not impressed. Everything was swimming in thick gloopy sauce. The chop suey was most unappealing – it was in a red sauce… Thought chop suey was a stir fry of bean sprouts, so it was weird to see that it had a red sauce, and egg on top. The garlic fish was also in a red sauce but it tasted fine, just looked weird. $50. I think I’ll try somewhere else for American Chinese food next time.
Great food, Great service and lots vegetarian options. We were there at a very busy time but the meal was quick and very good. We felt rushed towards the end as the brought us the bill right after we ordered a 2nd drink.
Frederick’s Chili Chicken is the bomb… Spicy and dry. The Manchurian Chicken is the best… Saucy and Juicy.. I will recommend this to everyone and people who love spicy food
We ordered $300 worth of food (take out) for my Mom’s 70th birthday celebration. The rice dishes, chow mein, and General Tao chicken were satisfactory. However several dishes were extremely salty; the chili chicken and chili fish, szechuan beef, shrimp pakora and chicken pakora and as a result were not enjoyable for me or my guests and a lot of it had to be thrown out. I spoke to Jack the following day to express my embarrassment and dissatisfaction with the taste of the food and he asked why we didn’t stop the party and return the food that night, which was not a reasonable option! So, both the food and customer service were unacceptable and no one from this party will order food from there again!
