I’ve been ordering and eating in at this restaurant for over 6yrs and never had a complaint until now. I ordered from them 2 days ago and the food was good and again today this time the food was horrible. I waited 70 minutes for delivery and when the food came the noodles were soggy and the shrimps were burnt and mushy. To make matters worst I called them to complain. I was told I would have a credit for the next time I ordered but when I asked the rep for his name he said I didnt need it. I explained that I needed his name as reference as he’s the one issuing the credit. When I insisted he started yelling at me that his name was Karen??? I said Karen?? Than he hung up on me. Never again
Walked in casually. They had good and filling combo meal options. Chose the combo with egg roll, pork fried rice and spare ribs in sweet and chilli sauce. The sauce was too sweet to go with the rice flavour. But the rice was flavoured well. Lots of meat and veggies and perfectly grained.
The fried rice was extremely bland kind of disappointing. Probably one of the least favorites Ive ever tried. The spring roll was basic. I had to get the red sweet and sour sauce to make the rice taste ok. Some of the shrimps had the poo line.
