Great meal here before a show across the street at the Royal Alex. Cajun catfish outstanding after escargot appetizer. Great service and live jazz music starting at 630 also made this great. Highly recommend

Our first impression of this establishment was not good. The staff were unwelcoming and snotty in attitude. It made us feel unwelcome. The tables were squished together I could literally put my arm around the stranger beside me. However I knew this could not be helped considering the size of the restaurant. Jazz music was beautiful! We waited 10 minutes for our first drink and almost left. I tried to be understanding as I was a server for many years. Our server wasn’t the friendliest but as soon as we started ordering items she perked right up and we really enjoyed her. The food was amazing!!! Coconut shrimp to die for and Delicious lamb. They make a good Old Fashion too :)I would’ve liked more of a wine selection by the glass that would be outside of Ontario wine. I think I would definitely go back and give it another go.

The ambience, live music, waitresses, and food here are all absolutely amazing! We ordered the coconut shrimp, calamari, and mussels to start; then the jambalaya and Bourbon St. Penne for entrees. Superb flavors! Very happy to have discovered this place!I probably wouldn’t order the mussels again, although the broth was great the mussels themselves where a bit on the small side. The coconut shrimp was awesome!
