Great spot for a home-style meal at lunch:) Their specials of the day are always fun, I recently had their KungPao Chicken and rice and their mango salad, which is sooo fresh and full of flavour. Their cold green beans with cherry tomatoes is a healthy and tasty side as well.
It really is a little nook on King Street. Have had lunch here a couple of times now and the sandwiches and salads are delicious. It’s a great little place to have a healthy and delicious lunch. The walnut chicken sandwich is a good bet.
Very friendly staff, and always very welcoming. Great place to stop in for a quick coffee, sandwich, or salad. The daily specials are also quite good!

This is the beat panini in Toronto that I’ve tasted. Every sandwich I eat here is consistently terrific. If you need lunch and you are downtown, I urge you to give Nook a try. If you work around here, this will probably become your goto lunch spot.22 Jul, 2011I’ve only tried the spicy chicken, but I really enjoyed it. My boss had pesto chicken and loved it.
