After they try and ditch you on the phone giving you the run around.Ordered a Jerk Chicken Macaroni(On Just eat), Chicken was mostly bone, and Macaroni was lightly seasoned oiled pasta. The driver also up charged me at the door. I called the restaurant, and they told me they would send the driver back. and hung up on me mid sentence. Then when I called back, they told me to complain to just eat. After doing that they told just eat they would do the refund, but it was too late(they were still open for another 3 hours) I would have to call them tomorrow. So I called them again and I was told I was getting absolutely nothing, To call the cops and send them over there.The chicken sampled very meh, and the macaroni was revolting. But the culinary failure is eclipsed, by the sheer travesty that is their customer service. Phone calls were all recorded.
