This little Shanghai power house restaurant is situated on the corner of Finch/Midland avenue. Every time I go there I am amazed at how good everything tasted at such a reasonable price. On this occasion, we ordered the Fluffy Egg White with Seafood/Broccoli, Rice with Veggie/Ham, Fresh Fried Buns, and Glazed Beef Sirloin. The rice was delicious, not dry but moistened with a light coat of oil and the ham really brings out the flavor of the entire dish. The fried buns are a substitute for rice to compliment the Glazed Beef and Fluffy Egg White with Seafood/Broccoli. They were so soft and delicate to the touch. It just rips apart as you try to separate it. The shrimp found in the egg white and broccoli works wonders. The sauce used to glaze the beef sirloin is sweet but not overly smothered. You end up constantly wanting to order more rice or buns just to keep eating the main entrees. Simply unbelievable!
